This class is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance using a combination of body weight exercises and dumbbells. After a few classes you may find you look and feel better.
Learn how to choose and prepare healthy meals. Our experienced facilitator will teach you how to truly achieve a balanced diet—including protein, fats and carbohydrates—and how to rebalance your plate for better nutrition! You’ll learn important strategies to deal with cravings, deprivation, and changes in your diet.
Yoga incorporates breathing techniques, deep stretching, light vinyasa work, foundational standing and balancing postures into a low-impact exercise for better health. There is an emphasis on meditation and mindfulness through breath work, toning and strengthening through subtle flowing, and gentle stretching for all the therapeutic benefits of yoga. All levels welcome!
